All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping, priority shipping, and priority express shipping.
Local delivery is available for orders over $15 within a 15 mile radius of Corona, California. Local delivery can take up to 1-2 days. Please indicate where you would like your package left at in the notes. We will contact you via text message or email with the information you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Any other areas in the Inland Empire, please contact us via Inbox or Instagram to see if LoboLashes is coming to a city near you.
Pop-Up Shop Events
LoboLashes is currently active with vending at flea markets. I vend at neighboring cities such as Riverside, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and Los Angeles. To see where LoboLashes will be at next, follow us on Instagram to be updated on the next pop-up event!
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Corona, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 7pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We offer international shipping!
So far we have successfully shipped to the United Kingdom and Germany.
I will accept all international orders at this time until its' proven that I cannot ship to a certain country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LoboLashes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defected in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
