We want nothing more than for you to be 100% satisfied with your LoboLashes pair.

We understand that everything is not always perfect but, due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If there happens to be a problem with your pair of lashes where the product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us and to be resent a new pair of lashes. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange. We will ask you to provide clear pictures of the defective or damaged pair to move forward with your return.

If your magnetic lash anchors arrive damaged or defective, you will be sent replacement lash anchors free of charge. Pictures of proof are required for these as well.

In recent cases, we have had customers ask for a refund because they bought the wrong style option (i.e. bought a glue-on style instead of a magnetic style), we DO NOT offer refunds regarding these situations. This also includes no returns on lashes you accidentally bought in a length too long/short or thickness too thin/thick. Please pay close attention to our lash length charts, eye shape guides, and model pictures to find the best style(s) for you!

Please verify what style lashes you wish to purchase (style option, length, wispiness) before checking out.

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.

After you have read the above, please email us at lobolashes@gmail.com to move forward with the returning process. Please make sure to include your order number on the subject line of the email along with pictures of proof attached for faster service.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Because of this, international orders are taken with extreme care and caution to ensure order will arrive in completion!
