How To Apply

Glue-on Strip Tutorial

  1. Prep Your Natural Lashes:
    • Ensure your natural lashes are clean and mascara-free. A clean canvas is key!
  2. Measure and Trim:
    • Measure the strip lash against your natural lash line.
    • Trim any excess from the outer edge to fit your eye shape perfectly.
  3. Apply Glue:
    • Use a high-quality lash adhesive for a secure hold.
    • Apply a thin, even layer of glue along the lash band. Pro tip: Wait a few seconds for the glue to get tacky.
  4. Position the Mirror:
    • Set up your mirror at eye level for a comfortable application.
  5. Placement:
    • Using tweezers or your fingers, gently place the strip lash along your natural lash line, starting from the inner corner.
  6. Adjust and Press:
    • Adjust the position of the lashes with your fingers or tweezers.
    • Gently press the entire lash band to ensure it adheres seamlessly.
  7. Secure the Ends:
    • Pay special attention to the inner and outer corners. These areas can be a bit tricky, so make sure they're securely attached.
  8. Blend with Mascara:
    • Once the lashes are in place, blend your natural lashes with the false ones using a coat of mascara.
  9. Final Check:
    • Double-check the mirror for any visible glue or uneven placement.

All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Ā 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard shipping, priority shipping, and priority express shipping.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $15 within a 15 mile radius of West Covina, California. Local delivery can take up to 1-2 days.Ā Please indicate where you would like your package left at in the notes.Ā We will contact you via text message or email with the informationĀ you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Any other areas in the Inland Empire, please contact us via Inbox or Instagram to see if LoboLashes is coming to a city near you.Ā

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Corona, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours areĀ 10am to 7pmĀ on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping!Ā 

I will accept all international orders at this time until its' proven that I cannot ship to a certain country.

Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Ā 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.Ā LoboLashes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you havenā€™t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lobolashes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Pop-Up Shop Events

LoboLashes is currently prominently an online store. We will occasionally do pop-up shops in the Inland Empire or Los Angeles areas. To see where LoboLashes will be at next, follow us on Instagram to be updated on the next pop-up event!

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defected in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lobolashes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the itemā€™s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchange & Returns

We want nothing more than for you to be 100% satisfied with yourĀ LoboLashes pair.

We understand that everything is not always perfect but, due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If there happens to be a problem with your pair of lashes where the product is defective or damaged, you must notify usĀ WITHIN 72 HOURSĀ of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us and to be resent a new pair of lashes. All lashes and products mayĀ NOTĀ be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange. We will ask you to provide clear pictures of the defective or damaged pair to move forward with your return.

If your magnetic lash anchors arrive damaged or defective, you will be sent replacement lash anchors free of charge. Pictures of proof are required for these as well.

In recent cases, we have had customers ask for a refund because they bought the wrong style option (i.e. bought a glue-on style instead of a magnetic style), we DO NOT offer refunds regarding these situations. This also includes no returnsĀ on lashes you accidentally bought in a length too long/short or thickness too thin/thick. Please pay close attention to our lash length charts, eye shape guides, and model pictures to find the best style(s) for you!

Please verify what style lashes you wish to purchase (style option, length, wispiness) before checking out.

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.

HOW TO RETURN LASHESĀ

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Because of this, international orders are taken with extreme care and caution to ensure order will arrive in completion!
