Glue-on Strip Tutorial

1. Prep Your Natural Lashes:
• Ensure your natural lashes are clean and mascara-free. A clean canvas is key!
2. Measure and Trim:
• Measure the strip lash against your natural lash line.
• Trim any excess from the outer edge to fit your eye shape perfectly.
3. Apply Glue:
• Use a high-quality lash adhesive for a secure hold.
• Apply a thin, even layer of glue along the lash band. Pro tip: Wait a few seconds for the glue to get tacky.
4. Position the Mirror:
• Set up your mirror at eye level for a comfortable application.
5. Placement:
• Using tweezers or your fingers, gently place the strip lash along your natural lash line, starting from the inner corner.
6. Adjust and Press:
• Adjust the position of the lashes with your fingers or tweezers.
• Gently press the entire lash band to ensure it adheres seamlessly.
7. Secure the Ends:
• Pay special attention to the inner and outer corners. These areas can be a bit tricky, so make sure they're securely attached.
8. Blend with Mascara:
• Once the lashes are in place, blend your natural lashes with the false ones using a coat of mascara.
9. Final Check:
• Double-check the mirror for any visible glue or uneven placement.
• Make any necessary adjustments to achieve lash perfection.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard shipping, priority shipping, and priority express shipping.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $15 within a 15 mile radius of Corona, California. Local delivery can take up to 1-2 days. Please indicate where you would like your package left at in the notes. We will contact you via text message or email with the information you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Any other areas in the Inland Empire, please contact us via Inbox or Instagram to see if LoboLashes is coming to a city near you. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Corona, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 7pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping! 

I will accept all international orders at this time until its' proven that I cannot ship to a certain country.

Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LoboLashes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lobolashes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Pop-Up Shop Events

LoboLashes is currently prominently an online store. We will occasionally do pop-up shops in the Inland Empire or Los Angeles areas. To see where LoboLashes will be at next, follow us on Instagram to be updated on the next pop-up event!

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defected in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lobolashes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
